Almost a flower cap

Found a cute hat pattern. Very easy. It is the first top down hat I have done. It was a little weird at first and I hated the metal needles I used. I am making a 2nd one, a larger size, but this time I am using bamboo needles. Much nicer. I still need to decorate with flowers. I used Encore yarn, worsted weight, size 8 needles. Here is the link:

Button on

Another collar with a great vintage button. Used Debbie Bliss Donegal Aran Tweed from Green Mountain Fibers in Rutland. I had just a few yards left! It is cosy and I love to wear it. January 13, 2009 has the link to the pattern.

I finished the pink cable slipper socks. Saving them for a gift. I hope she likes them. What to work on next?

Tea time

This dishcloth came out so cute! Need to make another one. Knit with cotton. I had some trouble with the bobbles. If you wrap the yarn around incorrectly you will have too many loops of yarn.

Slipper socks

Finished one sock and now working on the other. I am using a super wash wool. The pattern is from "One Skein" by Leigh Radford.
